- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of party package price is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable on the day of the party.
- The deposit, once paid, is strictly not refundable.
- Payment for food and goodie bags must be made upfront.
- If a booking is not confirmed at least 48 hours after the booking date, the party timeslot will be released without any prior notice.
- Payment can be made in Grace Kids' counter by cash, cheque, NETS or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) only. Booking online can be paid in partial or full by paypal or money order. see online booking terms and conditions.
- The birthday child and guests should arrive no sooner than 15 minutes before the scheduled party timeslot.
- A grace period of 15 minutes will be given once the party timeslot has ended. Thereafter a fee of $100 will be charged for an extra half hour or part thereof, and $200 for an extra hour or part thereof. No entertainment will be provided once the 2-hour booking time slot has ended.
- Grace Kids reserves the right to withdraw a child or adult from the party if they are deemed to be unfit or ill to participate.
- The parent agrees that Grace Kids or any persons authorised by Grace Kids shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, expense, injury or inconvenience suffered or incurred by the child or accompanying adult while the child is participating in any activities connected to any Grace Kids parties.
- Grace Kids reserves the right to change, modify or amend any fees, schedules and the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
